• 3 eggs
• 1 cup semolina
• 1 cup of yoghurt
• 1 cup of sugar
• 1 cup flour

Method

   Boil the sherbet and cool it.

   Beat eggs, yoghurt and semolina.

   Bake in the oven at 180°C.

   Pour cold sherbet into the hot dessert.
